The EIF Careers Program serves as a bridge between entertainment industry career pathway and pipeline programs, program alumni, and industry employers looking for talent from low-income and historically excluded communities. We believe that a collaborative approach connecting young talent interested in creative careers, pathway programs that aim to advance the education and skill building of talent, and industry employers seeking qualified talent is critical to building a diverse talent pool for the industry. Our services include but are not limited to: candidate sourcing for entry-level, film and television below-the-line production and corporate roles, facilitating networking events for entertainment professionals, and serving as a clearinghouse for industry resources.
