CREATIVE CAREER PATHWAY ORGANIZATIONS

Community Program Hub

Arts, Media, and Entertainment (AME) career pathway programs run by community-based organizations including mentorship programs, career exploration and internship programs, membership organizations, and organizations providing AME work-based learning services to individuals schools.

*The community program hub is a public platform, open to any California-based AME training organization. EEA does not vet or endorse programs listed on the Community Program Hub.

For Employers

EEA provides a solution for studios and employers looking to increase representation across all groups. EEA organizations serve diverse talent from a variety of communities. If you submit a recruitment request, we can send it out to EEA organizations and curate a list of potential candidates to meet your needs.

Arts, Media, & Entertainment
High Road℠ Training Partnership

The Arts, Media, & Entertainment High Road Training Partnership (AME-HRTP) is the first large-scale, multi-year initiative to bridge training and education programs with employment and drive economic mobility for underrepresented AME workers in California’s creative economy. Over the next 3 years, the AME-HRTP will unite workforce intermediaries, Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsors, county & state government partners, research & policy partners, community-based organizations, and labor partners to shape a more inclusive and diverse AME industry.
